Is it possible to disable the login with username and password and only use OpenID for login and registration?

We are running several hundred daycare-centers and would like to use this application to help our employees with our internal processes. All the employees do already have an e-mail-address from us. Thus using the login to MS365 would be the simplest way to get our employees registered.
