Sync Users From Normal Registration with Open Login Registered Users

Hi Everyone

Please help me with this scenario. I have a user who registered on our Q2A site using a gmail acccount, the user then logged out and signed in using Open Login gmail option and this is what happened:

1. The user was assigned a different name
2. The user was asked to sync the Open login account with th other account but the problem is that it was written in Chinese and she skipped the process. We now have two accounts with the same email and different usernames.

My question is how do I sync the users from admin?

How can the user sync their profiles from their side when the user is no longer presented with the option to sync?

I think this is still an unresolved issue. A very bad initial design from the open login plugin.
