how can i delete side widget (Welcome to the Q&A site for...) and move search box from it place to the main menu ?

And increase the space of the home page as shown in the picture

In the administration / Layout, you can select "Top Search Widget - Side panel - Top".
And disable "Custom HTML in sidebar box on every page".
