Fatal Error for users' page link

Question

i disabled plugins but the problem couldnt be solved.  Should i totally remove all plugins? and if yes, how can i do it ?

the error is : Call to undefined method qa_html_theme_layer_6::_user_handle() in /home/ask/public_html/qa-include/qa-app-format.php(1265) : eval()'d code on line 8

It's because of the privileges plugin... somehow it is missing that function.  I've added it now, try updating that plugin and let me know if the error goes away.
