Limit time for editing questions

Question

How can I limit the user time they have to edit their questions?

I need to limit the edit option to 5hrs and after that, the question can't be edited anymore.

After answering a question, editing it might leads to editing the answers also, and that is not good

@polle my motivation is to know if there's any harm in allowing edits after 5 hours. And this is not something possible in Q2A currently. You can get the help of some developer and do it.

You'll have to create a plugin with a filter module and, optionally, a layer. The former will allow you to avoid the post update and the latter will allow you to hide the button, if needed.
