When you wear an outfit, don't wear more than 3 colors. The facebook-like theme is better than others.

No painter has ever created great pieces of art on their first attempts. Keep working on it. I can clearly see improvements from to first theme to the second one.

Like @Teddydoors said, limit the usage of color on your theme, the areas that receive color gain more attention, and my attention is all over the place on those first 3 screenshots. Especially with the color gradients xD

Color should be attributed to individual elements like buttons, text links or elements of more importance that you want to give more relevance, like the Top bar.
(Which you did a better job on this one - https://enolez.com/?qa=blob&qa_blobid=10159545936592337119 )

Of course you could have a Yellow or a Pink background, just work them out in conjunction with all the other colors in a form of a color palette. They need to combine with each other.
Use less funky gradients, and more solid colors.
