First option in url formatting not working!

Hi

First of all, I have already seen all questions about this problem in this website and stackoverflow. My problem is a bit different. 

I have installed Q2A in `root/subdir1/subdir2/`

I added htaccess file with this situations:

• commented `RewriteBase`
• uncommented `RewriteBase /`
• uncommented `RewriteBase /subdir2/`
• uncommented `RewriteBase/subdir1/subdir2/

But in no state, first option is actived! 

Note: I made a subdomain (sd.example.com) to `subdir1/subdir2`

A strange behavior. I checked first option and saved the form. After refresh OK was shown!
