First, I'd like to thank you for your reply and I would like to answer your question. Freezes as in not doing anything. The browser is still working, but the button is not taking me anywhere. Just nothing happens, really.
Now, I might use the past tense, cause I've solved it. Or the hosting devs have done it.
For whoever is reporting the same issues, this is the answer I've got from them... and it worked smoothly.
Seems like there's a module used by Apache, called mod_security (I've got the name by telephone, don't know exactly how it spells). When this is installed, hosting devs should really configure it for addon domains to have the same privileges regarding creating new tables inside databases. So my domain is an addon on a hosting package and this mod_security configuration wasn't set up properly for an addon domain.
