Tags - use hyphens to combine words

I want to write normal without separating the tags.

I want it to be like this one http://www.avukatasor.biz/90060/sirket-tasinmis

Check the option in Admin>Posting 

Use comma as the only tag separator

Then tags are not separated by spaces but by commas. So tags can have spaces in.
