Highlight a waypoint answer / comment when user comes directly via a link

Let's say an user / visitor clicks a link to a way point inside a page that takes him directly to an answer or comment like http://q2a.com/this-is-a-question?show=195#a195 then it would be good to highlight it momentarily to bring focus to it
