Is there a way to keep voting and answering separate?

I like the idea of allowing people to vote on questions/answers. But I would like to permit only certain users to be able to answer questions (experts in the field).

That`s a good idea to vote for everyone.

This is an interesting direction, and should not at all be difficult to do. It probably won't make it into version 1.0, but I've added it to the roadmap.
