Is there a way to send emails to users of unanswered questions like a weekly digest?

I want to send emails weekly to users with random unanswered questions saying somthing like "Can you help answers these questions?" Is the a way to do this at all? Or maybe a devolper could consider making this plugin?

Has anyone jet implemented something similiar to that?

Currently I have a top 10 users "ever' in my sidepanel...

But I think it would be nicer if these 10 users were the users that got the most points in a particular period, like a week or so...

So something like "Top 10 weekly users"...

I saw it on other sites and I think it is a good idea to have things like

This weeks top contributors
This weeks most voted
This weeks most visited

and so on.

On some sites a new user wont search the competition with other users as they have to many points. But if there is a weekly ranking as well, any user has the opportunity to be the best.

Excellent would be if he could earn some medals or something which could be shown next to his name or on his about site.

May be there could be tabs on the USERS site as well like: all time, this year, this month, this week

I hope it is no problem if I throw in from time to time some feature suggestions.
