[NEW PLUGIN] Google Search Index Accelerator Plugin for Q2A

I worked on a new plugin at the request of someone here. The plugin Google Search Index Accelerator instantly notify Google when new content is published on your Q2A site.
This plugin leverages Google's Indexing API to accelerate crawling and indexing, helping your questions and answers appear in search results faster.

Prerequisites

Before installing the plugin, several steps must be completed in Google Search Console and Google Cloud Platform:

- Create a Google Cloud Project via the Google Cloud Console
- Enable the Indexing API through APIs & Services > Library
- Create a Service Account under APIs & Services > Credentials
- Add the service account email as a property owner in Google Search Console with Owner permissions
- Download the service account's JSON key file for authentication

Installation Process

The plugin installation involves four main steps:

1. Install Google API Client for PHP using Composer to your QA plugin directory
2. Clone the Plugin Repository into your Q2A `qa-plugin` directory
3. Add Service Account Key to the qa-gsi-accelerator plugin directory
4. Enable the Plugin through your Q2A admin panel

403 Error when user tries to login/register after searching

When a logged out user searches and gets search results and tries to login or register from the search results page they get a 403 error.

For example if a user visits https://example.com a Q2A site then searches for the term, "equations".

The user then tries to login from that results page and they will be redirected to https://example.com/login?to=search%3Fq%3Dequations which gives a 403 error

Is this a bug or are there some permissions I should enable?

I am facing a problem with repeated questions, and until now I have been deleting the repeated questions after sending the owner the link to the question we have, but in order to preserve the questioner’s archive of his questions, it occurred to me to add a category that will not appear in the search or appear on the home page and will only appear in the user’s questions and in Classification nothing more

Navigation

How to remove "+" in search results

I realized that when users enter text and search on my website the search result heading is displayed with a "+" in between the spaces.

For example if someone searches for "What is Facebook opengraph"

The result will come as: "What+is+facebook+opengraph". Searching for "Open graph" will return as "Open+graph".

If someone searches for a single word with space at the end, the space is returned as a "+". For example searching for "bookshop" returns "bookshop" in heading whereas searching for "bookshop " (notice the space after word) returns as "bookshop+".

How do I remove the "+" that replaces the spaces between words?

As many hackers are making large number of search queries on my website and the search results are successfully indexed in google search console, I need to disable search function.

I have blocked all ip ranges as well as remove search button from the website, but it is still happening by hackers.

Hi Fellows. As per my question title i want to make the similar questions appear if any of letters i type in the question title is included in a similar question title.
As it is now if i type "Microsoft" then displays all the similar questions that contain the word "Microsoft" in their title.
What i want is to display all the similar questions even if i type "Mic" or "Micr" or "Micro" etc.

I have encountered a search issue which causes the terms to merge with other q2a sites.

Have a look at this,

I have first searched for the term Blobs on this site.

Later on when I went to search for Partition on systemrequest.net (which was build with q2a), i found that the term Blobs is also shown in the search list though I haven't searched for the term on the site.

And then when I return back to Q2A, I find both the terms: the one I searched on q2a and systemrequest being listed here too.

Is there something to do with the cookies?

How to optimize this code for search module, Q2A Core

For search module this function is triggered whenever user searches on q2a website:

qa_get_search_results($query, $start, $count, $userid, $absoluteurls, $fullcontent)

Inside the above function the two main DB events occurs as shown below:

I am already handling 1st DB event using elastic search, so there is no DB hit in this case and here I saving MYSQL SERVER RESOURCES.

But still, in the 2nd DB Event, there are a lot of conditions applied in database queries which are creating a lot of DB connections if more users started searching on-site which leads to high CPU resource consumption and make the process too slow.

Please help me with how can I optimize in the 2nd DB Event.

I have lots of questions on my q2a. but search part shows irrelevant questions. I guess maybe it's coz q2a searching, search in answers too. but I want it just search in question titles.
