Custom html in sidebar unable to add script

In Layout, when I tick the option to add custom html to everypage sidebar with the following contents

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /Digital+Marketing+FAQ/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Getting this error on my site , when I try to add a javascript code (Contact form code) on the add html section.

I checked the permisison of index.php file and changed it to 777. But still error coming.
All folders have permission 755 and cache folder have permission 777

Please help

Why is createip null? Why is $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] empty?

I am still wondering when createip is null.

function qa_remote_ip_address() is obviously creating the IP address by:

return @$_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'];

I think the function should be expanded by:

public function getRemoteIPAddress() {
    if (!empty($_SERVER['HTTP_CLIENT_IP'])) {
        return $_SERVER['HTTP_CLIENT_IP'];

    } else if (!empty($_SERVER['HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR'])) { 
        return $_SERVER['HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR'];
    }
    return $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'];
}

I try to re instal the script and also I try to install the last version but the problem is still the same.

but when i using this script q2a cats and checkbox js has been disable

i think it is an Interference between q2a scripts and my script

how can i solve it ?

I thought it would be a good idea to have an empty qa-scripts.js file in the theme folder that the user can use to put his own scripts into.

In my q2a installations I am either: writing a plugin (but sometimes too much hassle for just 3 lines of JS), or: abusing the page.js file to store the code.

It would be great to have a save place for custom userscripts (like jquery libraries pasted into the file), just like the qa-styles.css

script are showing as single row wise in the question post page

When I creating my post to ask something , sometimes it may consists of programming script but those scripts are showing row wise. Its really an ugly look. That is the code part when I typed on wysiwyg editor it will showing each row wise. How can shown the whole code in an single code background.

Why qa-base.php is not transferring into my webserver?

After snooping around to find out why my website is not being displayed, I found out that one of the file, qa-base.php, is not transferring to my webserver. In fact, as soon as it is transferred, it is deleted immediately.

Can anyone tell me why?

Best way to change jquery script load / src including?

The default way of including jquery is defined in qa-page.php frmo line 706:

$qa_content['script_rel']=array('qa-content/jquery-1.7.2.min.js');

and results in the following HTML:

However, as I do on other sites as well, I would like to load Jquery from a CDN and just fall back on the local jquery if the CDN is down, I do it like that:

I want to use a screeen reader for my q&a site.

I get this code from them

This above i added also from backend in sidebar. It Works caus it shows in my sidebar. almost there. next final part to make it read the questions and answers pages with a voice for people with a seeing disability i have to use this code.
