How could Q2ABot detect stats about a Q2A installation?

I am wondering how Q2ABot could detect the total number of questions in a Q2A site?

Is it avaliable as open source?

Or does it use some kind of backdoor in our Q2A sites?

How wants q2a tutorials / q2a guides (text or video), about usage or development?

Inspired by Scott's answer I wanted to ask you if you like to get tutorials on q2a.

	1. question:

A - Tutorials on how to install and use

B - Tutorials how to program themes and plugins

	2. question:

Do you like to get written tutorials or do you like to watch videos instead?

To note: I cannot promise to do many tutorials and to do it fast, but at least I want to give these q2a tutorials a kick start with my question :)

Also note that text has the advantage that it can be easily changed afterwards and will be found by search engines. If there are changes in q2a core later on, it is not possible to change a video that is uploaded to youtube...

How do I contribute to the (Q2A development) tutorials?

Tutorials and example plugin code was a great advantage to me (and numerous others) when learning the fundamentals of Q2A. I'd like to document the methods I've employed in theming in Q2A to help provide more learning material and help stimulate growth with new adoptors and those working more closely with the platform.

I presume I'd just write some HTML code and submit it to one of the main developers (Gidgreen?)
