About allowing uppercase to table name in V1.7

Now, table name (include prefix) is limited in lowercase. Uppercase may be allowed to the database table in V1.7. I think this change is mistake.

Because ...

It becomes incompatible between operating system (Linux, Windows, MacOS, etc), and Q2A becomes none-cross-platform system.
WordPress and Drupal convert table name to lowercase at installation.
Various problems happen when uppercase is admitted for table name.

As for this change, this thread and this seem to become the basic point. This is issue of specific plugin. And not issue of Q2A core.

How to make a custom URL prefix for all questions?

What file /fragment of a code do I need to edit in v1.6.3 to include a custom URL prefix for each of the question pages,

i.e. to change a current:

mysite.com/1234/question-title-text

to:

mysite.com/answerit/1234/question-title-text

where "answerit" is my custom prefix.

Just to be clear, I do not want to change the prefix for the list of questions that can be controlled with $QA_CONST_PATH_MAP easly by "'questions' => 'custom_prefix',", but I would like to change the URL for actual question pages, so the rest (i.e. tags) stays the same.

How to include the category name in the question URL?

i.e. after combining with first request:

mysite.com/answerit/category_name/1234/question-title-text

I do realise that changing a category will not work backwords in that case, or?

Can I create my own table prefixes in qa-config.php?

The ^ prefix is defined in qa-config.php. Can I create my own prefixes for my own non-core tables in this file also, provided I modify the function qa_db_apply_sub in qa-db.php?

Also, is this the best approach? I would like to separate the core Q2A from my own logic as much as possible.
