Hello,

I'm using the Mayro Pro theme. How can I hide an item in the right navigation for use with smartphones?

after asking question ,instead of directing to the correspondant question page,its throwing HTTP ERROR 500

actually,the asked question is submitted in the database...but after asking the question from the ask page,its not directing to the correspondant question page.

hello, when we are using private message, it shows only 20 messages. if there are more then 20 messages does not seen navigation at the down of the page as 1-2-3-4-5 like that. if i want to see 21. th of the messages i can not see. how i shows page navigation in private page ?

I found a small bug.

Phenomenon:

Sub navigation with short URL than access URL is selected.

Example of OK case:

Sub nav1: http://example.com/mainnavi/sub1
Sub nav2: http://example.com/mainnavi/sub2

Example of NG case:

Sub nav1: http://example.com/mainnavi/sub
Sub nav2: http://example.com/mainnavi/sub2

When sub2 is accessed, sub is also selected.

Solution for V1.6:

[2015/02/21] Since usage of this plugin is a little difficult, I will add usage (Thanks Lucas).

This plugin collect pages that have same URL prefix, and add links to sub navigation on each pages.

Admin panel:

Page view (Sub navigation):

Usage [2015/02/21 added]

You have to decide "URL prefix" of grouped documents. And set it to plugin option.
E.g.: "docs-"
Make new (first) static page with URL which has same prefix in "admin" > "Pages" > "Add page".
Position: "No link"
Visible for: Any
URL: "docs-first-page" (You can change URL after making)
Make new link to first page in "admin" > "Pages" > "Add link".
Position: Any
Visible for: Any
URL of link: "docs-first-page"
Make 2nd page in procedure same as No.2 ...
URL: "docs-second-page"
Make 3rd page in procedure same as No.2 ...
...

When pages with same URL-prefix are displayed, sub navigation of those pages will be displayed together.

Compatibility

1.6.x, 1.7 (2014/12/19 Updated)

Bug: User Avatar Height exceeded navi-bar

I uploaded a tall image as my avatar which has a W:H = 16:24. but under my css I found it to be 24:36

And the bottom of this avatar will exceed the navi bar which makes the navi bar look ugly.

I found out that in ./qa-theme/Snow/qa-styles.css, the user avatar will use this line:

.qa-logged-in-avatar .qa-avatar-image{

max-width: 100%;

height: auto;

min-width: 24px; /* pull request */

min-height: 24px; /* pull request */

}

That's why my avatar will have a minimum width of 24px so that the height will px as well.

I tested under this site, the two lines in red was not added (maybe it did not use 1.6.3) and my avatar is okay, everything is okay. But if I use 1.6.3 this two lines will appear and my problem will appear too. Now I removed this two lines temporarily but I'm still confused by this.

Can anybody explain it ? Or, is that a mistake and it should be like this:

You can design Q2A category navigation in this plugin. Because plugin has template reader and writer feature, you can create new template freely. Edited HTML is mounted in your site with widget or page basically. However, because plugin has API function, site owner understanding Q2A layer programming can mount HTML on the site anywhere. I have just noticed the system adding $ in custom page menu LI class Example qa-nav-main-page$

This creating an issue in writing rule for that particular item. Is the $ sign really requred in class?

Where can I find the code to change these urls on the profile page sub navigation?

I edited the qa-app-format.php to the following which does indeed change the strings but, I get an 404 when I go to /member/UserName/posts or /member/UserName/comments.

Open Questions Plugin, Sub-navigation Link

I have the open questions plugin installed and would like a link to the page in the sub-navigation bar. I have polls plugin and that is displayed. Which file do I need to butcher to get this working please?

While I'm at it, is there a way to get the sidebar to show on custom pages, including polls, open questions?

EDIT: I took the following code from the polls plugin and added it to qa-theme.php and edited it, the 'open questions' link now shows up on every page apart from the 'open questions' page.

instead of:

i would have:

http://example.com/category

all the time doesnt depent on actual URL
