Different avatar Blob size images won't load consistently on HTTP protocol

I know that most websites use HTTPS protocols nowadays, but I've encountered the following bug.

I've noticed that different Avatar Blob sizes won't load consistently to everybody on HTTP protocol.
The weird thing is that for example, a image with "&qa_size=52" might load fine for me on this device, but if I change browsers or change to a different device, that same image won't load, but others will, and vice-versa.

HTTP ERROR 404

This problem doesn't seem to occur locally on Localhost.
Also, "&qa_size=100" is the only size that seems to be working consistently for everybody.
Caching is also disabled.
On HTTPS seems to be working fine, as if we open my avatar here for example, and give it a random size, this problem doesn't happen.
But if you open this avatar here, and give it a random size (52 for example), it throws out a 404 page.
Tried with different themes and the result is the same.

I am getting error like this -

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://mywebsite.com/qa/514/my-question-title' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image

'http://mywebsite.com/qa/ qa=blob&qa_blobid=12291915621289'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.

Hi guys,

I am trying to cache my website with cloudflare. However, I have a problem caching the content. After some research, I figured out that i need to modify the Http response headers that seem to override cloudflare. I tried to use mod_expires in my htaccess file and to update the expiry date to 1 month in the future using the following configuration:

ExpiresActive On
ExpiresByType text/html "access 1 month"
ExpiresDefault "access 1 month"
</IfModule>

This should have fixed the issue, but it is not. The expiry date stays 1981. I found this quite strange and quite irritating:

The problem i am facing is that, as a result Cloudflare is not able to cache my website. According to their documentation:

"Cache-Control headers sending "private","no-cache", or "max-age=0" or Expires header with a date in the past will override the rule and cause Cloudflare to NOT cache the resource."

HTTP ERROR 500 with 'Ask Question'

I upgraded my server to PHP 7.1.x. After the upgrade when tried to submit a question ( with version 1.8.0), it throws below HTTP error. All other functionalities seem to be working fine.

I found the below answer to the same scenario.

The error was Curl module was missing. and it was enabled to fix the below error in the trace.

Per above suggestion, I checked for Curl module in my server and that also enabled. Can someone help to fix this issue?
