Is this a right situation in email content?

After user flagged on post, admin will receive a email, like 'A post by anonymous has received 1 flag: ...' , ths text here is 'anonymous' , is this a normal situation?

I thought it would be the author of the flagged post., like 'A post by XXXX has received 1 flag:'

I am using a external user authentication. I am not sure if it is reason.
