I want it to be easier for users to differentiate other users, but not require anyone to upload their own avatar. Does someone know of a way to integrate something like Identicons or robohash into q2a, based on their user ID or something? Perhaps a plugin already exists, but I couldn't see one.

Choosing best answer doesn't close question. Shouldn't it?

i would like the question to automatically close when the asker chooses the best answer. Currently that isn't happening. I can't find a setting to turn this on. Am I missing it or does it not exist?

With recent q2a v1.6.2 and before, all links that are like the example here (http://www.nytimes.com) get parsed with the ")" in the end.

I often have false link this way in my forum.

Can we just add to the core that a final ")" is not part of the link, that would solve a lot of dead links in all 10,000+ q2a forums.

I'm now grabbing data for my q2a site. I have already followed "how to auto post..." to import my existing q&a into q2a database. It's well done. Thanks for pretty good instruction in q2a site.

Well, now I just want to auto create q2a account from my existing user account list. For example, I have a list of users with mail, I want to create a PHP script to create account for each and notify them via email. How can I do this?

I was wondering if we could automatically select an answer based on the user's activity & other factors:

(1) times user has logged on
(2) points
(3) categories
(4) tags used
(5) location

Any question asked , will pull the best answer based on the 'social' activity of the member.
