Add advertising banner between question and answer boxes

Hi There,

How an advertising banner can be added somewhere after the question box and before answer boxes ?

I use Q2A Simple Ads Manager . When I activate "Enable Question Adverts" it shows the banner at the very top of the page, however I wanted the banner to be between the question and answer boxes. Any suggestion?

adverts plugin adsense issue

But if I use adsense with this plugin after 3 ads it's displaying empty space, how can I fix it?
