In which line can I change the background color for the Logo and User Navigation Menu?

I know I have to inspect the elements on my browser to make it easier, I do that and I'm coloring it this way. Although on these two parts, I can't seem to find it. Could you help me?

I want to change the background color of both:

The background of the title of the site

And the background of the Login Panel as well

I want both of them to be Lilac, like the other icons in the Navigation menu.

Eae! On the qa-styles.css file,
Line 460 and line 664, should be changed for this:

background-color: #965caf;
