Change order of metadata (time-category-username-tags)

Question

After 3 hours of searching qa-styles.css and qa-theme-base.php i gave up. How can i change the order of thos metadata? I found out that username is "who", time (when), category (where) and tried to order the functions different, but the output is still the same :(

The phrase 'meta_order' in qa-lang-main.php sets this. It's part of the language files because different languages order their sentences differently. Sorry you looked for so long first.
