Bug : Ampersand in name resulting in 'page not found' errors

Question

One of the users on my Q&A reported that when he went on his profile page and clicked on one of the subnavigation items it resulted in a 'page not found' error. 

When I removed the ampersand from his handle in the database the issue disappeared.

So I *think* this is a bug.

Yes, it was a bug. The solution is quite involved but you will see it in qa-index.php in Q2A 1.6.2.
