Viewing of questions by anonymous is not counted?

It seems that the views by the non-registered is not counted towards the questions.

Why is this so?
Q2A version: 1.5

Views by anonymous users are counted. But your testing might have falled foul of one of the other rules - see the code at the bottom of qa-page-question.php.
